What is your warranty on Jewelry? I bought a very nice strawberry gold diamond ring from the mall store last years Valentine’s Day and two of the diamonds have fallen out into never never land. No telling when they came out or where they went! What are my options?
Rick, we are independently owned, so our warranty policy may differ from the mall store. Our policy here at the downtown location is a 6 month warranty. Please contact the mall location to inquire about their policy. Although we can not cover your item under warranty here, we would be happy to get you a quote on repair.
